Las Loberuelas

A landscape shaped by history, preserved by passion
Hidden within the wild and unspoilt hills of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, just off the ancient Roman route known as the Ruta de la Plata or Silver Road, lies Las Loberuelas, a 2,750-hectare private estate of extraordinary natural beauty and heritage.
For generations, Las Loberuelas has remained under the care of the Madariaga family. Its landscape and wildlife are the result of decades of dedication and vision, first shaped by the World renowned hunter and conservationist Valentín de Madariaga. His belief that sport and stewardship must exist in harmony continues to guide the estate today. Because of his vision and the continued dedication and passion of his son Gonzalo, Las Loberuelas is home to one of Spain’s finest driven partridge shoots and a thriving population of Iberian red deer which are recognised as some of the finest in Spain.
The land itself is a living tapestry. Olive groves and meadows rise gently into rolling oak hills before giving way to steep, rocky valleys and mountain peaks that reach over seven hundred metres. Every turn reveals a new vista and a new tone of landscape, from soft green pasture to rugged cliffs alive with birds of prey. The diversity of flora and fauna gives the estate exceptional ecological and sporting value, creating a sanctuary that feels both ancient and untouched.
At the heart of it all stands the family home. Las Loberuelas Lodge offers the warmth and hospitality for which Spain is celebrated, paired with refined comfort and exquisite cuisine. Guests are invited to slow their pace and savour the rhythm of the land, to walk, to watch, to shoot, and to share in a tradition preserved with care.
Whether stalking a majestic red stag, listening to the echo of hounds during a montería, or following covey after covey of fast-flying partridge, each experience at Las Loberuelas becomes part of a story that endures. For both new guests and returning friends, it is a place of welcome, excellence, and memory, where every day spent in the field ends with a promise to return.
